ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ETHICS IN HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION, AND BUSINESS DURING INDONESIA DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Keywords:

This article examines ethical issues in the use of artificial intelligence across healthcare, education, and business during Indonesia’s digital transformation. Using an integrative review of global AI ethics principles, sectoral guidance, and Indonesian policy context, the study identifies convergent ethical requirements across three domains: privacy protection, transparency, fairness, safety, human oversight, accountability, and contestability. The results show that ethical AI cannot rely on voluntary declarations alone. Healthcare requires clinical safety and patient autonomy; education requires academic integrity and learner agency; business requires consumer protection, labor fairness, and responsible data use. The article proposes a cross-sector governance model combining risk classification, impact assessment, disclosure, human review, and post-deployment monitoring. The study contributes a practical ethics framework for institutions that need to innovate while protecting rights and trust in a rapidly digitizing economy.
