INNOVATION IN EDUCATION MANAGEMENT AT MADRASAH

Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze innovations in education management in madrasahs in Indonesia. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study examines various aspects of innovation, such as curriculum development, teacher competency improvement, technology utilization, budget management, and data-based evaluation. The findings show that the Merdeka Curriculum and the use of digital technology in madrasahs have a positive impact on the quality of learning. In addition, improving teacher competence through technology-based training also plays an important role in improving the quality of interaction and learning. However, challenges such as uneven facility quality and funding constraints remain obstacles. Therefore, better cooperation between madrasahs, the community, and the government is needed to overcome these challenges. This study provides recommendations for further development in educational management in madrasahs.
