Resonant Management Orchestration: A Qualitative Field Draft on Resource Alignment, Decision Rhythm, and Organizational Adaptability among SMEs in Lampung, Indonesia

Abstract
This article aims to analyze how management orchestration is practiced by small and medium enterprises that must coordinate people, knowledge, technology, and external relationships under conditions of limited resources. Management orchestration is understood as the managerial capacity to arrange scattered resources into a coherent rhythm of action, rather than merely allocating assets through formal planning. The problem formulation raised in this study is how business actors construct resource alignment, decision rhythm, and adaptive coordination in everyday organizational life. The novelty of the study lies in the use of the term resonant management orchestration, which views managerial work as a process of making different organizational voices become useful without forcing them into one rigid pattern. This study uses qualitative field research in Lampung Province, Indonesia, with interviews, observation, and documentation as the main techniques of data collection. Informants were selected purposively because they were directly involved in daily managerial decisions, digital adaptation, partnership management, and employee coordination. The draft findings indicate that management orchestration emerges through three connected practices: translating strategy into ordinary language, arranging informal knowledge into workable routines, and balancing digital adoption with local trust. The conclusion of this article is that orchestration in SMEs does not always appear as sophisticated strategy, but often appears as disciplined coordination, practical listening, and timely adjustment.
