Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively analyze management behavior in the scope of organizations, especially those facing the challenges of adaptation in the digital era and globalization. Management behavior is understood as the result of complex interactions between individual, social, and structural factors that influence decision-making, creativity, and organizational effectiveness. The formulation of the problem raised is how internal and external factors simultaneously shape management behavior and its impact on organizational effectiveness. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative and multidimensional approach, combining individual, organizational, and structural context perspectives that have not been widely explored in previous studies. The research uses qualitative methods with systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis through VOSviewer software. Results show that goal orientation, social status, and organizational support strongly influence managerial behavior. This finding is reinforced by leadership theory which emphasizes the importance of integrating exploration and exploitation in management. The conclusion of this study is the need for a holistic and evidencebased managerial approach to improve organizational competitiveness and sustainability amid dynamic changes.
